体内研究	在雌性Wistar大鼠中,促卵泡激素α(20μg/kg,皮下注射,单次注射)的t1/2为17.3小时,Cmax为3.2 ng/mL/μg/kg[2]。促卵泡激素α(2.5-40μg/kg,皮下注射)刺激大鼠超排卵[2]。Corifulotropin alfa(3µg,补充hCG,皮下注射)可提高兔子的排卵率并恢复胚胎[3]。动物模型：大鼠[2]剂量：2.5、5、10、20、40μg/kg。给药：皮下注射(皮下注射),随后2天(0、8、24和32小时)注射4次。结果：卵母细胞数量增加,20μg/kg时达到最大值。
